The Project Management Meeting held on November 4-5, 2024, at the University College “CEPS-Center for Business Studies” in Kiseljak brought together project partners to review progress, discuss key deliverables, and plan next steps. The event focused on curriculum revisions, the development of learning materials, the Tailor Made Short Intensive Course (TMSIC), and the launch of the 1FUTURE Platform.
The first day began with an update on project reporting, followed by discussions on Task 4.2, where WBC partners presented curriculum revisions and UTA provided input on deliverable formats. EU partners then outlined proposed topics and templates for learning materials, and working groups were formed. After a coffee break, the partners reviewed recent journal publications. In the afternoon, attention turned to the TMSIC, with UTA proposing the curriculum and WBC partners discussing logistics. The day ended with a social activity and dinner.
On Day 2, the meeting resumed with a follow-up on the TMSIC, refining the curriculum and logistics. The focus then shifted to the launch of the 1FUTURE Platform, where UTA and WBC partners discussed the platform’s operation and course offerings. The session on symposium organization followed, with UTA gathering input from partners. After lunch, discussions moved to dissemination, with Luarasi University presenting the third project newsletter. The meeting concluded with a financial reporting session and the distribution of tasks for the next phase of the project.
Overall, the meeting successfully reviewed progress, aligned on deliverables, and set clear goals for the project’s next steps.
