As part of the 1FUTURE project (Work Package 4), Luarasi University hosted three engaging teaching sessions on April 1–2, 2025, focusing on sustainability, climate adaptation, and resilience. Around 25 students attended each session.
On April 1, Elena Ferraioli from IUAV University, Italy, delivered a lecture on Urban Metabolism and Circular Economy, discussing how cities can reduce waste and use resources more efficiently.
On April 2, Alberto Bonora held a session on Climate Adaptation in Agriculture, exploring how farming can respond to climate change. Later the same day, Paolo Capovilla led a session on Food Supply and Sustainability, addressing how to build resilient and sustainable food systems.
All sessions used interactive methods like case studies and group work, giving students practical tools and fresh perspectives on real-world challenges.
